Barbara Toner

I’ve lived in the Quad Cities for almost 40 years. I discovered the art of fused glass when I took a class at the Figge Museum. I was hooked immediately. I started with jewelry and moved on to bowls, plates, suncatchers, and other decorative and useful items. I enjoy the beauty and versatility of glass. If I can think of something, I can find a way to make it, which I find challenging ( and occasionally frustrating), but always fun and rewarding. I hope everyone can experience the wonder of glass art on they’re own.
