Marcia Whitmore

I am a retired educator….high school, middle school art and fifth grade. My BA degree is from Augustana College. My MA is from Western Illinois University. I am a self taught watercolorist specializing in botanical illustration. My work has been shown at the Quad City Botanical Center, Fairchild Botanical Center, Quad City International Airport. Marin Art Center in Paso Robles, CA. and many Midwest flower shows . My watercolors have been published in Orchids: Journal of the American Orchid Society and the journal of The Native Orchid Conference. Most of my watercolors are done from my collection.

Marcia is based out of Rock Island County.
