Sharon Beckman has created art throughout her life. She studied fine arts and received the Harriet Hale Woolley scholarship to study in Paris, where she lived for two years. Beckman spent most of her professional career as a graphic designer and art director in NYC at non-profits, including BAM and Carnegie Hall. Beckman has worked in collage most recently, intentionally working small to create intimacy between the work and viewer.
Sharon is based out of Johnson County.
